01

About your business

The basics — who you are, where to find you, and how to get hold of you. We use this for your contact page, schema markup, and to set up your forms.

The name customers actually know you by, if it's different from your registered business name.

Full address including postcode. Used for your schema markup and Google Business Profile setup.

If you've got an old site we'll be replacing, paste the link here.

02

What kind of business are you?

This shapes the next section. Pick the one that fits best — if you're not sure, pick Other and we'll figure it out together.

03

What you do

The heart of your business. Be specific — the more we know, the better your service pages will be.

Tick everything you do. We'll build dedicated pages for the major ones.

Important — stops us building pages for things you don't do. e.g. "no commercial work, domestic only" or "no gas appliance servicing".

Tick everything you hold. These build trust on your site and feature in your schema markup.

Public liability insurer + cover amount. Used as a trust signal on your site.

03

What you offer

The character and shape of your business. The more flavour you give us, the more your site will feel like a real place rather than a template.

Rooms if accommodation, covers if food-led.

AA rosettes, Michelin, Visit England rating, TripAdvisor awards, "best of" lists, etc.

Closures, peak seasons, special events you run. Helps us write copy that reads true year-round.

What you'd recommend guests visit. Drives local content + AI search hooks ("things to do near...").

Useful for managing expectations on the site. e.g. "no evening meals", "no swimming pool".

03

What you do

Your practice and the services you offer. Be specific — patients and clients searching for treatments want to find businesses that explicitly do that thing.

List everything. Be specific — "Invisalign" not just "orthodontics", "deep tissue massage" not just "massage". Each becomes a service page candidate.

Saves us building pages for things you don't do.

If applicable to your practice type.

Names, roles, and qualifications. We use this for your "Meet the team" section. Format: Name — Role — Qualification (years experience).

GDC, GPC, CSP, BACP, REPS, etc. Builds trust on the site.

03

Tell us about your business

Your industry isn't on our standard list — no problem. Tell us in your own words and we'll work out the right shape from there.

What you do, who you do it for, what makes you you.

List the things you actually sell or do. Each one will likely become a page or section on your site.

04

Where you do it

The geographic side. Drives your area pages, local SEO setup, and Google Business Profile if you're on Growth.

The town, city, or region where you're based or do most of your work.

The specific towns, postcodes, or districts you cover. We'll build a dedicated page for each major one.

For trades — the furthest you'll travel for a job. e.g. "30 minute radius from Southampton" or "anywhere in Hampshire".

Useful for hospitality and health practices in particular. Helps customers orient themselves.

05

Your customers

The strategic side. This input shapes the tone of your site, the testimonials we feature, and how we position you against competitors.

Who are they, what are they looking for, how do they usually find you?

What do you hear back most often? Drives tone and the testimonial style.

Your honest differentiator. Drives the positioning copy across the site.

Paste in real reviews you have. Include links to your Google / Trustpilot / TripAdvisor / industry-specific review pages so we can pull more.

06

Brand & content

How your business should look and sound. If you don't have any of this set in stone, just say so — we'll make recommendations.

Hex codes if you know them, otherwise just describe — "navy and gold", "earthy greens and creams".

How should the site sound when read aloud? Pick the closest match.

Old website text, marketing brochures, social posts, anything you'd want preserved or used as raw material.

For your logo, photos, and any other files: please email them to hello@zenlio.co.uk after you submit this form. Put your business name and submission ID in the subject line — we'll email both back to you so you have a record.

Stuck on what to send, or want to talk something through before you submit? Book a 15-minute chat instead — we can pick up the form afterwards.

07

Goals & competitors

The destination — what success looks like, and who you're playing against. This is what makes the difference between a generic site and a winning one.

Be specific. "More customers" is too vague to plan around. "10 enquiries a month from the website" is something we can build for.

Names and websites if you know them. The businesses you most want to outrank or pull customers from.

Pet hates, design preferences, things you've seen elsewhere and disliked. Saves us going down the wrong path.

08

Growth-tier extras

A few extra questions for the Growth-tier work — Google Business Profile setup, citation building, and competitor monitoring. Skip what doesn't apply.

If you already have a GBP listing, paste the link. Otherwise we'll set one up from scratch.

Anywhere you're already listed — Checkatrade, Trustpilot, Yell, TripAdvisor, industry-specific directories. We'll audit and clean up the entries.

The 2-3 you most want to outrank. We'll track their movement on Google and AI search and feed that into your monthly report.

Sponsorships, charity work, local awards, press mentions. All good content angles for the blog and credibility on the site.
