Zenlio is a website design and marketing service for local tradespeople, operated by Dan. Our website is zenlio.co.uk. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Zenlio.

How we store your data

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and are not stored in any separate database. Client project files are stored in private GitHub repositories. Payment data is handled entirely by GoCardless — we do not store bank details, card numbers, or Direct Debit mandates ourselves.

How long we keep your data

If you make an enquiry but don't become a client, we keep your contact details for up to 12 months to follow up, then delete them.

If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of our working relationship and for 6 years after it ends, in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements for business accounts.
